I had forgotten this neat little place. I am happy that you heard from your daughter. I hate it that when I read that they are coming immediatley I go on guard to think "what is the motive behind this visit" I am so used to problems that I can't just be happy that they are coming, I am wondering what is up. Then again the monster is doing that, putting negative thoughts there as he is the cause of all the bad things happening in our lives isn't he. Well I will quit so I won't use all your journal up.

Good Morning My Dear Sister's!! Hope you like the brunch menu. We have fresh rolls from the bakery, and some finger sandwiches filled with chicken and my own egg salad w/dill. yummiers! We also have special finger sandwiches with crabmeat and lobster! I could stay here all day!! lol For dessert we have mini pasteries of all kinds, and and for those of us that love our water spiked...sparkling lemon water! LOL Ahhh now this is what I call kicking back and relaxing with those you love on a Saturday afternoon...chatting about whatever!!! Kathie you must taste the lobster finger sandwiches...they are made with a light butter and garlic sauce...hope you like shell fish and aren't allergic to it. Some people are! Helen, I know you'll love the crabmeat sandwiches they came fresh from maine! lol Let's just enjoy the time we have here together, and hope some of our other sisters join us...as we should have a girls day for thanking God for all the things that he has given us, especially, our friendship and sisterhood. Gosh I am beginning to sound like one of the Ya Ya Sisters!!!! LOL Did either of you see that movie? The Ya Ya Sisterhood, with Sandra Bullock? BTW Kathie...I know what you mean about coming immediately...we have no trust in them at this point...they have never given us anything good to look forward to..as it always comes with a price. I so understand your feelings. But, no matter what...we have to go on...and take it as a gift from God, and rebuke the 'monster', as he has no power over us. The more we blame things on it..the bigger and more sucessful he gets...and there is no way the Lord is going to make him win this war! Jesus is always going to be there for us..we must never give up and continue with our prayers and the stronger we are the less he will be able to infiltrate our lives. Read about the way your niece was with her baby and that is so like the kids of today. Only interested in their wants and needs. That poor little baby, how he suffered for no reason. I don't blame you, this is something you don't have to put up with and I am glad you told her what you thought. Please pray for Jimmy as he has his colonoscopy on Monay am at 7:30. Pray for good results. Also pray for Krista as she has just had bloodwork done for her checkup, pray that all her bloodwork comes back good and that she is cancer free. Hi Everyone..it has been way too long since I have been here to talk to all my sisters and visitors. It has been quite busy at HMI with all the prayer requests we are receiving and so many other personal affairs to deal with...but, I am here and bringing lots of hugs and love, along with all my prayers to all those that stop in here to visit. I am so pleased and blessed to have this Journal...thanks to my God-Sister Helen. I know it has past already...but, I hope that all of the Mother's and Grandmother's had a wonderful Mother's Day and that your day was filled with Love, happiness and joy. It was not such a good day for me...as neither of my son's called, emailed or sent a card. It was most difficult to swallow and took me all day to get over it...but, I gave it to the Lord and I promised I would not take it back....I asked him for the strength not to do that...lol As I have a habit of promising him I won't and then without even knowing...I do! But, he is a loving and forgiving Savior and I know he understands all of our needs. God help us all.

Are you guys eating Brownies without me??? I don't think so!!!!! I brought some chicken and tuna salad sandwiches and some cucumber salad if anyone would like to indulge before going diving into those chocolatey brownines there sis. I am so happy that you have both stopped by, its so much fun to come here and talk now and then...its like our own little club house in the middle of they yard on a rainy day. Well, thats what its doing here today anyway! But, its cozy and warm inside our own little place, so dig in and enjoy! I am sure there are a lot of the fairies here with us too! So, I brought some fairy surpise for all to eat. It is strawberries and cream, with graham crackers and fairy whip! Yummmy! I have to finish some chores and will be back later. MY great neice has a doc appt at the Fort Worth Childrens Hospital today. they think she may have Sojgrins Disease or Lupus. Her name is Makayla and she is only 4 years old. Please keep her in your prayers today. Thank You.

Oh Heidi, you can depend on all of us to be praying and asking our Lord for a miracle for your precious neice. I will go alert the group and place her on our hugs list as I have this week. God's Blessings and Protection to you both as I know all prayers for her will be answered...God loves the little children and is always with them, as HE is with all of us. we are so happy that you have come to join our little family. Please feel free to post wherever or whenever you would like. There is no Pomp and circumstances here...we are all very relaxed (sometimes) hahha and casual! Normally, I bake and bring some goodies or cook a big pot of plate for all to enjoy...Helen always brings us wonderful new things and we just sit back with our favorite beverage and snack and enjoy all the great things we bring together. We always begin with a prayer and end our visit with one too. So, whenever you feel like just jumping in...go right ahead. Today I brought a big pictcher of Ice Tea..my favorite. I also brought some strawberry shortcake...homemade of course as is the whip cream! Yummmy! Helen...are you coming??? I know your real busy with the wedding decor...but you just have to try some of this shortcake! Ooops, I think Linda Lou took your piece Sis LOL...wait there's plenty more where that came from! LOL Okay...now where did Kathie say she was going??? Kathie!!!!!! Come on my Dear Sister you have to visit with us today!!! How do you all like the beautiful Gazebo that I had erected??? LOL It's so great on those rainy days when you don't want to be inside! I added some outdoor tables and look Helen...a nice cushy Arm Chair just for you with a footstool! She decided not to go to the mountains with her friends.. Too many sad memories of her precious Tori. So she can join in the fun too. Sorry I am soo late. You know me, I take awhile but I do get there!!! Except when I walk into the wrong doors...No one will let me forget that episode when I went to get my drivers license here in NC. I walked out of the office to go and get my cell phone to call my insurance company. Instead of going out the exit door I turned to the left and opened the closet door toleave. When I saw shelves I was so embarrassed. The state patrol laughed and laughed and so did my husband. They kept teasing me about it telling me I had to pay more for my license because I walked into a closet. The good part of the story is that they did give me a license to drive, just not to walk alone. Well just got a call from my boss with two pages of things to look up for him so I guess my party is over before it even got started. So girls, carry on and have a good time if you can without me, but rest assured I will pop back on - so continue to have fun and know I love you to pieces.

lol.. Oh Kathie I just have a mental picture of you walking into the closet.. lol.. that is too funny...

Well, now this is more like it!!! What happen to our Annie? Did someone forget to call her? Well, guess I will just have to do that because she IS the reason we are all having so much fun! Okay Helen...I now have spinach on my chin AND a black eye!!! I must look like Charlie Chan trying to solve the crime of...where is my mouth! LOL Gosh I am so happy to see everyone here....this is what we should be doing when we are down and out...just come to our Journals and strike up a Chat Party!!! LOL And let me tell you Helen my dear sis....MY whip cream is as light as a feather so no calories hiding in there....LOL RIGHT! So here ya go sis....more whip cream for everyone, its a fresh bowl, just whipped it up this morning. I have to admit I neglect the journals so much and I am sorry about that. Trying to ensure you attend to all the different avenues isnt always the easiest of things to do and I inevitably fail miserably lol

However I just want to thank God this day for you Joanne, The Intercessor and loyal Carer of Home Made Intervals. Its the prayers in this group that do more good than any other item. Everyone of course does a wonderful job but without prayer there would be no HMI of that I am totally certain.
Thank Jesus for sending us Joanne. She is a blessing to others and I know she will be blessed by you abundantly. I also know she looks for no blessings or thanks even and that humbleness makes her even more of a blessing.
Lord today I ask a special prayer for this dear Servant of yours and that is that her husband finds some work and that her family life is lifted of its burdens.
That reunions in her life are soon and most positive and happy ones.
I pray that she keeps free from pain and stress and that she enjoys peace in her heart
I pray also for her sister's ex that he receives healing and that he also gets to know you if he doesnt already.
Lord hear these prayers from my heart
Be with Joanne always, shield her from harm, and protect her from evil.

Well now, seems as if we have had visitors we were not even aware of! Let me start by saying, Hello to everyone, and welcome all newcomers! Of course, I have to give BIG HUGS AND LOVE MY SISTER'S! They are my anchor, my pillars, my loves! Okay down to business. It has been waaaaaaaaaaay too long since I have been here. I miss this place and I want to begin our good times here once again. Helen, could you please notify the faires and tell them to come help us clean out the cobwebs and sweep up the grounds, so that we can begin our visits here again? Also ask them to bring with them some of their wonderful 'floral scents' to freshen up our little hide-away...it's a bit musty in here...cough, cough. I will open the windows so they can just flicker in and do their thing! I think it will take a few days to clean this place up so I will send out a newsletter to let everyone know when we will open our 'club house' once again. I couldn't have my sister's meet here with all this going on. I will talk to you later, I am going to roll up my sleeves and get started. Maizey should be here too Helen...do you think she would mind giving us a hand cleaning and freshening up? She is so dear when she puts all her knowledge to work! haha Be back with a bucket and some soap! LOVE YOU!

Ok, Sis...the new pic is great...but in your words, "me thinks I will be scarring some away with that picture". hahaha I love all the beautiful things you do my darling...whatever would I do without you? DON'T answer that! haha What I wanted to put up there Sis and I know its my fault for not communicating with you...is some kind of a picture with a Garden, Gazebo or something of that sort. It would feel like a private place just for us! That is not to say that I don't love what you did...but my pic is not the greatest! Awww geez! Seems as if everyone forgot about the luncheon today!:-? Maybe I should have reminded everyone again. Oh well, the fairies have put everying on ice and said that they can hold it till tomorrow if that is okay with everyone else. I told them that many of our Sister's have been having a very difficult time in their lives with family members, illness, weather...and many other things. They are all praying for each of us and promised not to let anyone damage the beautiful desserts, and trays. The refreshments and food will be laid out again tomorrow, from noon till 3 p.m. If any can make it at that time we would be ever so happy to have you stop by and taste all the delicious gourmet treats and lavious main dishes. I will post the menu again to those of our Sister's at HMI and maybe by some chance they will be able to stop by and do a tasting. Hey sis.. We are late but we only ate a few of those wonderful desserts.. Tiarella made some more brownies and muffins all all kinds of fruit. The Realm is just full of berries and the grapevines are leaning with soo much fruit.. So will we add them to the heap and be back tomorrow..

I had to run in to try and pick up the ice cream for church and get dog food. Well, costco closed before I got in and I didn't manage to get ice cream, but my brother did take me to dinner! Now I get to have dessert here! Woopie How good is that!

Hey everyone.. I see most everyone here remembered. Of course you knew the wee ones would show up, they are always looking for a free meal and some fun.. The girls just love playing in the stream and falls,lol.. Maizy ~ Miss "Vain" of the Century says that the spring water makes her naturally curly hair even more beautiful.. I see Belle's, and Ann's fae showed up with babes.. Oh my how they have grown.. Excuse me, would someone pleae pass the pasta.. Yes! of course I want some sauce with it! Oh by the way, has anyone checked out the dessert table besides me.. Well I am here to tell ya that I picked up 3lbs while circling it.. That was before I loaded my plate.. Oh sis this is such great fun.. I wish more humans would of showed up but those of us that did had a wonderful time.. I am sorry it took me so long to get in here and tell everyone about it.. but things here are home are a little hectic.. But thank you for having us and we will be back for a repeat visit..

Oh Joanne, what a divine little party you have set up. Everything is so wonderful, it smells heavenly here too with all your candles glowing and warmly inviting your friends in. It was a special day for a luncheon my sweet Sister's because you were here with me. I'm so sorry I was unable to post yesterday along with everyone else, but, my keyboard died and I couldn't type, and I had to wait till someone came home to use the car to go to Best Buy and purchase another one. Then when I got home with the new one...I had a brainstorm and installed the program for the old one again...and lo and behold it worked! So, off I was to return the new one again to get my money back...I was happy not to have to spend the money I didn't have for something like that! So thank God, I am okay with it now. But, unfortuantely, I missed talking to everyone because of it! I love you all! Your all so loving and loyal and dear to my heart and yes the faries did a marvelous job with all their magical decorations they are awesome and so are all of you! Hopefully, next time the Hostess can make a statement! lol hahhaha

Hi honey

I hope you remembered that I already said that I wouldnt be able to come to the luncheon because of the time difference between your country and mine. Okay it would take effect at 9am for me which wasnt too bad but as it happened anyway at that time I was collecting Chloe our new pup from the Cat & Dog Home.
I have to say I am not also at my best at that time in the morning and dont make any appointments if i can help it at such an early hour. I have also got a viral infection at the moment- which has just been like a heavy cold and flu type thing but have had a temperature and streaming nose and just aching all over. Not the best day for me to be bringing home my new pup either.
Anyway I do hope you remembered I probably wouldnt be able to attend and forgive me after all the trouble you have taken.

My Darling Sister...I want you to know that I did remember that you could not make it due to the time difference and believe me...I am no good at that hour myself hahha.....there is no problem regarding that honey. I just wanted us to have a special place to come and chat and just enjoy the marvelous luncheon that the faries and Missy Maizy and our Loving Sister Helen helped me put together for all. I certainly feel very bad that you are suffering with such annoying and uncomfortable feelings with the cold my dear Sister and infection...is there anything I can do for you? My prayers and thoughts are with you and I surely hope that this does not last. As for your sweet Chloe...Congratulations on your new addition to your family Sis!!! I am so proud of you and happy that you have decided to take on this loving little fur baby! They are the best medicine in the world, and as far as it not being a good time to bring the darling home...believe me they know when you are ill and somehow adapt. Hope John is well also at least he can lend you a hand now. Please do take care of yourself for all of us, as we need you here with us as well as love you being in our presence always! We are spending Labor Day home of course and not having a good time with the patient...getting him into a nursing facility is a bigger job than we had imagined...but, it is a goal and we are on the job! Happily I might add, as he is progressively getting worse everyday! We had a nice dinner and are now just relaxing in our own space. It feels wonderful! Hello All My Sister's,
I have been thinking...dangerous huh?! lol
I think its time for another one of our Luncheons! Whata say? How about we get together and plan one for let's say, the first Monday in July. I won't begin planning till I hear from everyone. I want us to find sometime to just relax, and take all our troubles off our minds, and just have some girl-talk and giggles!!
I think we all need to do this as this has been a really tough year so far, for all of us. Time to let your hair down and just enjoy some great food, and conversation with lots of laughter!!! I will consult with my God-Sister Helen, and see what's on her schedule for that time, and between the two of us, we will plan a luncheon fit for a Queen...which is all of us of course! lol Ok, I have a lot of planning to do and recipes to look over most likely with the fairies looking over my shoulder, haha, so I will talk to all real soon again. Hope you all can make it, as we always have a wonderful time when we lunch together...last one was wonderful but it's been tooooo long!!!
I'm getting hungry already! haha

Hi Carolyn, I see you out there sweetie, I'm so happy that you are looking forward to our Luncheon...I am sure you are going to be so pleased with the menu...it has surpassed all other menu's we have had so far! :) The fairies are all involved and working diligently to complete their dishes on time. Our sister Helen has been also working very hard, (though me thinks she should be resting o:)) keeping all things working smoothly...as always. So, I will look forward to seeing you then...wear loose fitting clothes ...as I have advised all our guests to do! LOL It will be an afternoon of heavenly enjoyment.
